Yes, products should be refrigerated after first opening. Unopened products can be stored without refrigeration under normal conditions and will remain safe to eat until the Best Before Date labeled on the top of the jar lid. However, over time, the flavor and color of the product may decline and change. 

Once opened, the product is exposed to mold and yeast spores from the air. Refrigerating the product helps slow down spoilage. Since there is no way to determine the exact shelf life of an opened product, it is advised to use clean cutlery each time to avoid contaminating the jam, ensuring the best quality. 

Our products have a shelf life of 24 months from the date of production. To maintain the best color and flavor, we recommend consuming them before the Best Before Date. The product should be kept away from direct sunlight. 

The BBD stands for “Best Before Date.” It refers to the period when the product will have the best quality in terms of flavor and texture. After this date, the product is still safe to eat, but its flavor and texture may not be at their peak.
